St. Paddy's day!

Good Mornight!

Since I was a kid, I've always loved Ireland :D thus as an Irish at heart, let's celebrate! I'm going to share my favourite celtic gigs. Enjoy!

Let's begin with my beloved Corrs and their "Toss the Feathers" :D

I've always loved how Caroline plays the Bodhrán :D kkk. If you don't know what a Bodhrán is, it's an instrument that's traditionally played in Ireland, the one that that looks like a drum in the video. If you want to know more about it, you can google it.

Next is the Celtic Woman. Not really big fan but I like some of their versions and this time, the one I'm going to share is not a one that they're singing, it's pure "irish melody", when the violinist lady always come dancing and jumping all happy playing this amazing instrument. I admit she's a great violnist but I prefer Sharon Corr :D hehe. Anyway, enjoy Máiréad Nesbitt's "Granuaile's Dance".

Next songs has a lot of meaning to me, it marks certain period of my life and a lot of history as well, life history... it gets to my heart big time and the melody is beautifully epic. The part I don't like it's when someone listens to it, this movie "Boondock Saints" come to their mind >_< hehe. Please stop calling the song by the movie's title because its name is "The Blood of Cuchulain" by Mychael and Jeff Danna (two great brothers composers). Cuchulain is a hero of the Irish mythology, you can google that as well hehehe.

To continue, I'm going to "play" the legendary Clannad, a great Irish band. A song with lyrics which the chorus and the title are in gaelic: "Siúil A Rún" and it's about a woman lamenting for her lover going to war. Celtic Woman sang this one too as far as I remember hehe.

Sharing this music is like sharing a part of my life... "The Jug of Punch" by Altan is about melancholy to me even having a very happy rhythm. Still, I really enjoy listening to it and it will always remind me of a friend I had and lost her friendship. Another song with lyrics.

Let's stop for a moment to have a sip of the great Guiness beer! XP can't miss it on a St. Patrick's!

Almost done hehe, just to close with a high note, My Corrs again. Amazing "Silver Strand" by The Corrs! Lovely, lovely that gets deeply into my heart followed by "Mna Na Heireann" played live for a show by Sharon Corr. This is what I call a real musician, a real music performance, this is music! ^o^ hehee enjoooy!

Aaaah my Irish soul ^_^ let's finish this session spicing it up with an Irish coffee! kkk.

Sláinte! Erin Go Braugh!!!! :D

Libre

Welcome!

This Mornight you got to have a free V.I.P pass to enjoy Lunita's "Smooth Night"!

Everything started after listening to La Vania's "Agua y Amor", a latin house song that I like since I'm like around 18 years old, my super mega best friend Wendy was the one who introduced me to this song hehe.

Some of you already know how I love the sound of the deep bass so I started to look for more songs or sounds that are related to this and I found this song called "Libre" by Mambana (Axwell vocal remix). I don't know much about this but it seems this kind of sound were the beginning of Axwell (one of my favourite houde deejays) with this girl singing, Isabel Fructuoso.

Still house music, with a touch of latin as I said before... makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed, this kind of sounds let me find the calm my mind needs and feel really, really good and this is the main reason I got to have a smooth night after all kkkk.

What to spicy this amazing smoothness with? A Caribbean Milk! ;)

Enjoy! Have a great stay ;)

Vuela Paloma

Good Mornight! ;)

Listening to bunch of different genres until I got to listen to one of the bests: House Music!

Because of anotherdifferent song (which I will post later) I got to remember that I wanted to get this fantastic mix. The first time I listened to it was long time ago on a live set by DJ Chus and Ceballos, two great deejays from Spain that work together to make such a magic with house and trance music.

The original song is called "Pa' la Paloma" by Alquimia. As far as I know, they're Colombian and it is a salsa dance song. I found that Celia Cruz used to sing it too but I can't really tell who was the one that originally started to sing it.

I don't know why but I really like when deejays mix this kind music hehe. Let's spice up this great mix with a Lava Flow :D feel the tropical breeze!

"Vuela paloma palomita pa' pa'l lomar!" ♪♫♪♫ Salud! ;D

The DJ is Mine

Good Mornight!

As you can see, I'm coming back to my blogs hehe.

I'm sleepy and tired, haven't done what I really need to do but here I am sharing the song I can't stop listening to lately by my Wonder Girls!

This is one is for their debut to the U.S. and they will be airing their movie on Teen Nick on February 2nd. :D please watch it! I already did on the premiere kkkk. I don't really like School Gyrls at all, I didn't even know about them until now but well, because of WG I tolerate them XD that's why I only got the song that's without their "featuring".

Go Wonder Girls! ^o^ let's spice up the wonder with a Strawberry Martini!

"He only rocks to my music, he loves the way I do it all niiight..." ♫♪♫
